Homemade Gluten-Free Croutons

Who doesn't love croutons added to their salads or soups?! And it's quite difficult to find packaged gluten-free ones which is where this super easy recipe of homemade gluten-free croutons comes in! They are so delicious, the perfect crunch with a garlicky goodness!

  • Preheat the oven at 375. Cut the baguette. An easy way to do it is to cut it in half. Then cut each half lengthwise and cut these 2 halves lengthwise again then start cutting each strip in bite size pieces.
  • Mix the spices, garlic and onion powder with the olive oil.
  • Lay the pieces of baguette on a baking sheet. You can use parchment paper if you wish for easier clean-up. Add the oil (make sure to mix again before as the spices will go down the bottom) on top of the bread and use your hands to mix it in. Separate each piece on the backing sheet for baking.
  • Bake for 15-18 min or until golden brown. The time will slightly vary depending on ovens. Shake the baking sheet at half way. Keep an eye on them as they can burn quickly after 15 min. Remove from the oven and let cool. Enjoy!
