Hachis Parmentier, pronounced "Ahh-She Par-Mont-Yeah" is a French classic dish made with ground beef, topped with creamy mashed potatoes, and sprinkled with gruyère cheese! Absolutely delicious, easy to make, comforting and kid-friendly! This version has a little twist with some added cauliflower mash to lighten up the recipe!

Ingredients

Cook onions, carrots and meat.

Cook potatoes then mash them.

Add cooked cauliflower to blender and blend until creamy.

First layer is the meat mixture.

Second layer is the mashed potatoes mixed with mashed cauliflower.

Third layer is gruyère cheese and bake in oven at 355° Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes. Enjoy!
