Air Fryer edamame are such an easy and delicious high-protein and fiber-packed side dish or snack! Lightly seasoned with salt, garlic and onion powder, they're very flavorful and ready to eat in less than 10 minutes! My go-to way to cook frozen edamame!
In large bowl, mix together frozen edamame with avocado oil, garlic and onion powders, and salt if using. Toss well with large spoon until all edamame are coated.
Once air fryer is hot, add seasoned frozen edamame to basket, and cook for 7 to 9 minutes, shaking basket a few times during cooking times. *see notes
Once edamame are hot, carefully remove from air fryer basket, sprinkle with a little salt if you'd like, and serve. Enjoy!
