-Preheat oven to 400° F. -Chop carrots and cauliflower into bite size, -Mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper until well combined

-Drizzle oil over veggies, then mix them well until coated. -Then sprinkle spices and again mix well until coated. Add baking tray to oven and cook for 28 to 33 minutes, stirring with a spatula halfway
