Avocado Toast with Tomato and Goat Cheese

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 avocado
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 wedge lemon
  • 1-2 tomato sliced
  • 1 tablespoon goat cheese crumbled
  • 1 handful microgreens

Instructions

  • With a fork, mash a ripe avocado in a bowl with garlic powder, salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon.
