  • ½ cup beef bone broth or chicken bone broth
  • cup whole milk or milk of choice
  • 1 ½ tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder more or less to taste
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ tablespoons monk fruit or sweetener of choice like honey, maple syrup
  • 1 pinch salt optional

Topping Ideas

  • whipped cream
  • marshmallows
  • shaved chocolate
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a small saucepan over medium-low heat and whisk until fully incorporated.
