How to make Chicken Fajita Tacos
- Chop the chicken into bite size pieces.
- Cut the bell peppers and onion into strips.

- Heat up oil in skillet, add chopped chicken, cook for a 3-4 on medium high heat, then sprinkle half taco seasoning, stir and continue cooking for another 3-5 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove chicken and place on plate.

- In same skillet, add more oil, bell peppers and onion. Season with remaining taco seasoning. Stir and cook on medium high heat for about 5 minutes, or until tender, stirring often.
- Heat up the tortillas either in a skillet or microwave, assemble tacos by adding chicken, and fajita veggies. Scoop some guacamole on top, serve and enjoy!

Tips
- Make sure to warm up the tortillas before assembling the tacos, so they're pliable. You can use a skillet to warm them or microwave by wrapping them in a damp paper towel for 30-60 seconds.
- If you have a cast-iron skillet, I highly recommend using it, the fajitas will be even more flavorful.
